At ALDI Mobile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your device or SIM pack is faulty or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 60 days for a full refund or exchange.

Ensure your item is in its original packaging with all included accessories and that you have a valid proof of purchase from an ALDI store or our website.
Contact Support
Reach out to our customer service team via our online portal or call center to obtain a Return Authorization Number and the correct return address.
Package Your Device
Securely pack the electronics to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the parcel.
Ship and Track
Send your package via a tracked postal service; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement within 7 business days.
